Klinker Brick Old Ghost Old Vine Zinfandel

Don’t worry, despite the name, this wine wasn’t pulled from some dusty olde dungeon! Old Vine wines are actually a mark of quality, as older vines produce less fruity with more concentrated, elegant flavors. In the case of Old Ghost from California’s Klinker Brick, the vines are more than 100 years old, providing ethereal and potent dark fruit qualities.

The wine’s spooky name was derived from the Tule Fog that rises from the ground during the winter in Lodi, which keeps the vineyards moist and cool. This fog also bestows a ghostly appearance in the vineyard, and the “Old Ghost” is said to tend to the vineyards, protecting the grapes from harsh sunlight and heat.

Corvidae Wine Company Riesling Ravenna

Named after the family of birds that includes the Raven, you’re certain to find this ebony bird-named Riesling beguiling! Produced by the Pacific Northwest’s renowned Owen Roe winery from old hillside vines, this Riesling punches far above its weight in terms of quality for price. Showcasing stone fruit, ginger snap, and honey flavors along with a flinty minerality, this wine is such an excellent value that you’ll want to be without it...nevermore!

Is that a full moon we see? We’re about to go feral for this delicious hazy IPA from Minneapolis’ own Fulton Brewing! Loaded with juicy, fruity hop flavor thanks to their addition of Citra, Bravo, and Ekuanot hops, Moon Howler packs a bite and still finishes smooth at 6.5% ABV. Thankfully, this tasty IPA also comes in 12 packs, meaning that you’ll have enough to supply your whole pack.

Bad Weather Hopcromancer 12pks

There can only be one explanation for how Bad Weather managed to craft an IPA this citrusy, this full of alluring, tropical flavors: DARK MAGIC! The brewers at Bad Weather must have channeled eldritch powers from beyond the grave, it’s the only way to explain why this IPA is both bursting with pineapple and melon flavor, and also supremely well-balanced with piney bitterness. Plus, Hopcromancer is available in 12 packs, offering an amazing value that will cast a spell over you time and time again.

Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal

Siete Misterios’ Doba-Yej expression was recently rated as one of PUNCH’s 5 best mezcals for under $50, and we have to say that we agree. This is a full-flavored and rich mezcal with fruity notes of peach and nectarine electrified by a sizzle of black pepper and cayenne-esque spice. Fans of tequila who are looking to face their fears and take the leap into mezcal need not be afraid of Siete Miserios, which has a friendly, grassy flavor and a smoke note that doesn’t threaten to overwhelm the palate. It’s safe to go back in the water…FOR NOW!

Jeppson's Malört

It came from Chicago, by way of a dark old spirits from Scandinavia. It first haunted dive bars, tainting the tongues of grizzly bartenders and hardened drinkers with its harsh, astringent bitterness. Soon, legend of this evil spirit began to spread, and young drinkers began to test their mettle by attempting to tame this savage beast. Only a precious few survived. Will you? Buy yourself a bottle of this staple of Midwestern bar culture–IF YOU DARE!!!!
